Silicone Valves

WHAT ARE THEY AND WHAT ARE THEY FOR?

Silicone valves, also known as rubber feet, are essential components to ensure reliable and effective sealing in a wide range of industrial applications. Designed to withstand high compressions and fit perfectly into the bearing, these valves offer excellent performance in terms of elasticity, chemical resistance and thermal stability. Thanks to the properties of silicone, our valves guarantee long service life and optimum performance even in harsh environments and can also be used as anti-vibration components. They are used in sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and industry.

MATERIALS & APPLICATIONS

Our rubber sealing valves are made of high quality silicone, but we offer the possibility to produce them in other special materials on request, such as EPDM, FKM or PTFE, to meet specific needs. This flexibility allows us to serve different industrial sectors, including:

  • Food and pharmaceutical, thanks to the compatibility with high hygiene standards.
  • Chemical and petrochemical, for excellent chemical resistance.
  • Automotive and industrial, in applications that require high mechanical and thermal performance.

We have a large stock of standard sizes to ensure fast delivery. Standard colours include red, black and transparent but thanks to the ease of silicone colouring we can make valves in any colour required by the customer.
