Rubber washers
Teknofluor Srl is a leading company in the production of rubber washers, made from calibrated extruded tubes and subsequently cut, or obtained by die-cutting from plates. Most of our rubber washers are produced with commercial rubbers such as Silicone, EPDM or NBR, but we also have a vulcanized thermoplastic rubber of our registered brand called Teknoprene® TPV, which has similar characteristics to EPDM or Santoprene.
Our rubber washers are suitable for many industrial applications and are resistant to contact with acids, bases and both hot and cold water. We do not recommend prolonged contact with oils and hydrocarbons. We have a large stock of standard sizes (click here for the size chart) that allow fast order processing, even for small quantities. We handle various measurements that we have standardized, but this does not prevent us from producing custom washers. We can also handle colored rubber washers to meet any specific customer requirement.
