Teknofluor Srl is specialized in the production of rubber tubes and profiles on drawing, made according to the specific requirements of customers. Our products, both geometric and shaped, are used in various industrial sectors, including construction, furniture, automotive, electronics and mechanics. We offer solutions for gaskets, edge protectors, insulation systems and vibration-resistant components, always ensuring precision and reliability. We use a wide range of commercial rubbers, including NBR, EPDM and silicone, but we can also supply other materials such as Mousse or Fluorosilicone We also offer products in Teknoprene® TPV, a material with our registered trademark that stands out for its high mechanical performance, resistance to chemical agents and atmospheric aging.
We have standard ‘U’ extruded profiles in Teknoprene® TPV in black, hardness 65 Shore A (standard sizes available here), but we can supply variants with different hardnesses, colours and sizes, available on request. Our experience and the use of advanced technologies allow us to produce not only standard profiles (such as T-profiles or U-profiles), but also custom extruded profiles to meet every type of need, both for small productions and large scale orders. Teknofluor Srl’s rubber profiles offer high performance due to their chemical and thermal resistance, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications that require durability and reliability.
