Our rubber and metal cylindrical vibration dampers, manufactured by Teknofluor Srl, are designed to offer exceptional performance in vibration control and comfort improvement in a wide range of applications. These components are made of a high quality compound based on natural rubber, which gives them excellent elasticity and strength. Available in a sleek black colour, the anti-vibration pads have a hardness of 55 Shore A, ideal for effective vibration absorption, helping to extend the life of your machinery and reduce wear.
The metal parts of our vibration dampers have been carefully treated to ensure maximum resistance to aging and corrosion, thus ensuring a long life even in harsh conditions. This feature makes them particularly suitable for industrial environments and applications where it is essential to maintain high performance standards.
We have a large stock of standard sizes (available here), but in addition to this, Teknofluor Srl offers the possibility of producing on demand, allowing our customers to choose customized variants. These may include natural rubber with a hardness of 45 Shore A or 70 Shore A, depending on the specific requirements. Alternatively, a high-strength synthetic compound is also available, designed to provide superior performance in the presence of hydrocarbons and other chemicals.
