Teknofluor Srl produces custom designed plastic items, made of technical plastics to meet the specific needs of different industrial sectors. We are specialized in the production of injection molded or tooled parts, using highly automated machinery to ensure precision and quality. We offer a wide range of materials including PA, PTFE, POM, PEEK, PE, PVDF, PES, known for their excellent mechanical and chemical properties and to adapt to different industrial needs. Our products can be made with FDA, NSF and UL certified materials as required.
The sales department of Teknofluor Srl works with you to identify the part you need. After evaluating the technical drawings, we produce a sample and send it to you for your evaluation. After any modifications and checks, we start production. On request, we can also keep in stock your goods and manage schedule orders according to your needs. Our production is divided into two main methodologies, according to the customer’s needs:
Injection moulding: Suitable for the production of complex parts in large quantities, this method uses molds where the melted plastic material is injected. It is the ideal option to reduce costs in mass production.
Mechanical machining: Used to make articles from blocks of plastic material through milling, turning and cutting, it is perfect for small batches or high precision components. This method is very versatile and allows extremely narrow tolerances to be achieved.
