QUALITY O-RING

The rubber O-ring series of Teknofluor Srl follows international standard measurements and is produced according to quality standards ISO 3601 part 1 grade G, part 3 class N from selected and constantly controlled raw materials. The compounds are printed on automated injection machines controlled by a microprocessor for monitoring all process parameters. The gaskets, after finishing, are annealed in an oven for the stabilization of the elastomer, sorted and packaged.

MATERIALS AND MEASURES

We handle standard materials, such as NBR, FKM, EPDM and red or transparent silicone, but we can also work with special materials such as H-NBR or LSR (liquid silicone), even in various colors.  To meet the needs of our customers we have completed our production of o-rings with a stock complete with standard English and French sizes (torus 1.78, 2.62, 3.53, 5.34, 6.99, 1.90, 2.70, 3.60…).  The possibility of drawing from a well-stocked stock, allows us to satisfy all your needs for fast deliveries at competitive costs. O-RINGS METRIC AND CERTIFICATION

Teknofluor does not only handle standard sizes; O-ring gaskets are also produced in sizes that do not correspond to the normal size and material standards. We handle a range of sizes ranging from very small strings, such as 0.5 mm, to very large strings, such as 10 mm. We also offer the possibility of ordering assorted gasket kits with customized sizes according to your needs. Our production capacity allows us to process most of the materials, and many of these can also be FDA or MOCA certified, on request.
